- Communications: Messages You send through the platform, including inquiries, responses, and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Payment Information: When You purchase Data Room access or other paid Services, We collect payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; We do not store complete credit card numbers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about how You interact with Our Services, including pages visited, features used, time spent on pages, and click patterns.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device You use to access Our Services, including device type, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution.

- With Other Users: Certain information from Your profile and listing is shared with other users of the Marketplace as part of the normal operation of the Services. Sellers’ business information is displayed to prospective buyers. Buyer information is shared with sellers when a buyer requests Data Room access.
- With Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on Our behalf, such as email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, and data storage (Supabase). These providers are contractually obligated to protect Your information.
- With Affiliates: We may share information with Our affiliated entities for operational, analytical, and compliance purposes.
- For Legal Compliance: We may disclose Your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Exiter, Our users, or the public.

We take the security and privacy of Data Room documents seriously:
- Documents in the Data Room are only accessible to the seller who uploaded them and buyers who have been granted access.
- The Data Room is designed to prevent unauthorized downloading of documents. Documents are rendered in a secure viewer that does not permit direct downloads.
- Access to each Data Room is logged and auditable. Sellers and administrators can review who has accessed the Data Room and when.
- Data Room access can be revoked at any time by the seller or by Exiter.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Secure, access-controlled cloud storage for documents
- Authentication via secure magic link tokens
- Regular security reviews and monitoring
- Role-based access controls within the platform
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your information, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention
